Product Warranty Information
Every DREAMREX SDN BHD mattress carries 5/10/15 year warranty against manufacturing defects and faulty materials.
The Warranty does not cover bedding that is soiled burned, or rough handling or improper care to the mattress and also the personal’s “Comfort Expectation”.
The cost of transportation for repairs must be borne by purchaser. The Company reserves the right to use substitute materials of equal quality instead of the original material for the repair.
The product warranty is only valid within Malaysia.
Purchaser must keep the original purchase invoice and warranty card.
E-Warranty registration must be complete done after 15 days purchase for future claim.
